Good Points

Staff were okay, if was pretty cheap


Bad Points

Old planes, 10 hour delay with no communication from staff, ran out of toilet paper on a three hour flight!


General Comments

Terrible airline! I understand that delays do happen but communication from staff was almost non-existent. Further checks have made me aware that delays of this length (and worse) are common for this airline.
