General Comments

The Just Flowers www.justflowers.com website has you pick a location for delivery, then provides delivery options (like Sundays), and after you purchase disclaims any ability to deliver on the stated days (in the fine print). They failed to deliver, so I called and emailed to cancel (not able to get anyone on the phone). They eventually confirmed the cancellation, but then delivered the flowers a day later (at 6pm) leaving them by the door in the freezing cold. They then charged my card (after the cancellation). And when you try to call them, you wait on hold for 10-20 mins with the system telling you your place in the queue, then when I finally got to #1 I was forwarded to voicemail. Total waste of time and VERY frustrating. On top of it all, the flowers were wilted and spares. Don't waste your time and money.
