Bought some dvd's, unfortunately they phoned me back and as I suffer hearing loss, needless to say the communication between myself and the person on the phone was difficult due to the language barrier in my opinion. Explained to the person on phone that due to my hearing difficulty my girlfriend will help liaise. But they wouldn't speak to her because she wasn't the buyer! Even though they had my consent as far as I am concerned! When my girlfriend explained that I had a hearing loss and found it difficult to communicate, she explained that this is discriminating people with hearing loss, they quickly understood the word "discrimination" and they would have to talk to her supervisor, needless to say I'm still waiting the phone call 6 days later as far as I am aware. Needless to say unless they deviate from the script they have I will be making no further bids!
