I travelled to Egypt in March this year alone. I was very nervous but my fears were soon alleviated by the fellow passengers showing such kindness and being so friendly. It was my first cruise holiday and I thoroughly enjoyed myself aboard the MS Taramarr nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff aboard you were made to feel a very special customer. The person who made it a very special holiday was the tour guide the knowledge he imparts to us who he refers to as the Pharaohs is immense. Without him taking us to all the wonderful Temples and tombs and sharing his knowledge with us means that we were able to learn a vast amount from our experience, something that will remain with me for many years to come. Many thanks. Bad points being pestered so much every where we went but we have to respect their way of life and culture. Items in the onboard shop could have been priced. I hope to travel with Thomas Cooke on the MS Taramarr again next year. A brilliant holiday. ! !

    I agree with everything you said. It's nice to see single travellers treated the same way - usually they are treated as inferior. I'm pleased you enjoyed your holiday. Like you, we are returning next year to do it all again!!!
