Good clothes at good prices - great fashion pieces as well as everyday basics.
Bad Points
Small, extremely cramped shops. Sale stuff not easily accessible. Messy shops, little staff. No website to shop online - come on Bay - you're behind the times!
General Comments
Bay Trading would be my ideal place to shop if they had online access to goods and revamped some of their shops to accommodate their growing customer base!

I totally agree with you. Bay Trading don't have a website for on line shopping and that would make a huge difference. Where I go they seem to employ very young assistants, who I feel don't always give the service they should.
