I'm overdrawn and have to pay £260 for nothing
General Comments
I'm very displeased with natwest. I wanted to open a current account with them. A sales rep offered me advantage gold even though he knew i wouldn't use any of the services. He told me to come back after 3 months and he'd refund the charges if i didn't like the account. Now i'm overdrawn by £260 and they apparently can't refund the charges even though i have never used either card.
