If I ever think of one I will post it for you

Lifts kept breaking down, leaking roof, queuing for drinks, food not good, unfriendly staff, shortage of staff, rooms so basic, the only tv room was for smokers. Power cuts

I don't think I have ever had a worse holiday in my life, 10 days of hell. When we arrived we were told we were on the top floor, thought we would be out of the way of all the noise we was quite happy about that, In the room, twin bed a headboard a desk and (small chair) another chair, ceiling fan(noise) and 4 wall lights in the bath room the usual equipment with a nice big mirror that you could not use it if you had used the shower. With regards the shower, we found it fine if you used it by 4.30pm, nice and hot anytime after that till about 9.00pm you might be lucky to get look warm water. The door to the balcony the runner had gone and made one hell of a noise enough to wake up half the hotel, my wife caught the maid smoking in our room. Reported it reception who was not interested but that was not a surprise as all the staff we meet had that "do you really want me to do that look", for instance we was sitting in the main hall one morning and the rain was pouring through the ceiling. We reported to reception and two and a half hours later someone came to mop it up, by now it was like a small swimming pool and the water had spread over a walk way. I was amazed that no one had slipped over on the marble floor. At Breakfast I watched one of the chiefs cook omelettes did he whisk up the mixture, no it came straight out of a bottle and tasted awful. The bacon was very fatty I know there is no taste like Heinz baked beans and the baked beans was nothing like them at all, the mushrooms looked like they came from a tin and tasted nothing like a mushroom. If you wanted toast then expect to spend most of you holiday queuing for it. We had 4 power cuts that we know of and on one occasion the maintenance man said it was the adaptor we was using but being I am a sparkie I had checked all the appliances before going, needless to say I would not take faulty items with me. Any way back to the food the mid day meal. We only had 2 out of the 10 and evening meals 4 out of the 10 available to us because it was so bad we eat out. Highly recommended d'alfil food was great and good entertainment cost for the 6 nights out at d'alfils (food and drinks) was 250 euros for me and my wife which we should not of had to pay for had the food at the hotel been reasonable. The entertainment in the evenings at the hotel was so bad we went to bed that was when it was on, we know of 3 night in the first week there was no entertainment at all, now comes the BAR. Queuing for drinks was a joke, beers were served in a small plastic cup by day and night we was half expecting to go down to breakfast one morning to find plastic knife and forks. I can understand the plastic cups around the pool but in the evening when you expect glasses, no still small plastic cups so by the time you had queued up for a drink and was served it was time to rejoin the queue for the next drink. I really could go on and on about this hotel but I think you have the drift by now how bad it is and if you have already booked be prepared to be disappointed.
