I too wish I had seen this thread earlier. I placed an order for printed items. The payment was taken (via Worldpay) straight away. Now this was only a week ago but on trying to log in and check the progress of my order I found my account does not even exists! After reading all the bad reviews on many sites I have no expectation of receiving my order.

    Update; I found if you follow the link from the confirmation email (which I found in my spam filter) you can log in. For two weeks now my order status reads shipped but no goods have arrived. They are still advertising, I got a leaflet just this morning in a package from MX2 (whose service is good btw). If I ever get my order I'll update again but I won't hold my breath.
