Good Points

I had a speedy reply from FL Autos for the speedo I wanted.


Bad Points

Money was taken 25/4, after 2 weeks I had to chase the part. Phone 11 a.m on 9/5 asking for the tracking number, "we'll ring you back", 3 p.m no call so phoned them again, "oh she's doing the banking give me 1/2 an hour" this went by so rang again "oh she must be on the school run" ring us back Monday morning. Checked the supplier profile they are meant to be open Saturday morning, so rang from 10 a.m. left voice mail, after 45 mins of me ring back finally got hold of someone "oh I'm not in the office today ring back Monday". Took me another 45 mins on the Monday to get hold of anyone. Speedo was never put in the post until I rang that following Monday - won't use them again.


General Comments

Parts gateway seems a great site, but as a previous comment says there is no negative feedback shown for suppliers and is therefore is extremely mis-leading.
