judebach's Review of Shanghai Airgun Factory B3-3
29th Jan 2004
Overall Rating
- Value for money

- Handling

- Accuracy

I only paid $20 for it.
Bad Points
It weighs a ton and I can't sight it in anywhere near a "30mm circle at 10 meters."
General Comments
The instructions don't give fps, but it seems to pack a punch. The weight is 3.3kgs (about 7 lbs.)and although the rear site is adjustable, I haven't noticed any change in accuracy whatever the adjustment. It just shoots off.

Reviews for Shanghai QB88
Certain details mark it as the unmistakable close cousin of the almost-bottom-feeder guns such as the B3, ... This gun can shoot with 3" at 25 yards ... ... This Shanghai QB88 was my first springer airgun.

rec.guns FAQ: III.G.4.b. Chinese Air Rifles
The B3-3 is grooved for scope also, ... It is now more commonly known as= the XS-B3, presumably because Shanghai Air Gun Factory is making nearly = all the guns coming into this country.
