Arrived on Time, fitted windows without mess to a very high standard,excellent customer service

None whatsoever.
General Comments
We have a 1856 cottage, so knocking out door frames is not the easiest job, the fitter was patient, did not rush and caused no damage to the walls when removing the frame. Our fitter was from the Wolverhampton branch and was extremely professional and efficient.
I was a bit worried when I read the reviews after purchasing the doors, but now I find it hard to understand that some people are complaining because they have gaps above their doors. After the fitting had taken place we were taken around both doors and the window we had fitted, to see if we were satisfied with the workmanship, we had to fill in a questionnaire and we also had a call from the Customer Service Centre while the fitter was on site to make sure we were satisfied with the job.
I cannot praise them enough....great job Safestyle.
