Quick & easy to change to from other networks.
Customer Services very helpful. I got the package I wanted.
Bad Points
No coverage or poor coverage in the area I live & work even though it's suppose to have good/standard coverage shown on their website!??
General Comments
They need to improve their network coverage so it isn't patchy.
I work and live in the same area so my phone has to work there - at moment may as well not have a mobile phone.
Very expensive package as I don't have the service I have signed up for!!!!
