I've been with the Halifax for 27 years. In the last month, I ve been the victim of online fraud twice. I believe this is either a very weak online security system or an internal problems. Trying to resolve this with the retail fraud team has been a nightmare due to a combination of indifference and incompetence on their part. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!
