General Comments

It was our first and last time to the Alcudia Pins Aparthotel. We went on the 5th may 2008 to the 12th may 2008. Well how this is a 3 star hotel I don't know. Your bed linen gets changed once a week only because we said we was going to complain. Our 6yr old son fell over in the reception and banged his head on the floor which left him with a nasty lump and when told the reception they said oh and that was it. Thomas cook rep was a waste time talking to she didn't want to know. When we went down for dinner some of the cutlery was dirty. And when you sat down to eat your meal which wasn't very nice. You was asked do you want a drink if you said no then they would just bend straight over you and snatch the glasses off the table. This is one disaster. Believe me. There was a lot of people who said never again .
