Good Points

Easy to get
good exchange rate for a private individual
Mastercard accepted throughout Europe
No up front or yearly fees


Bad Points

2 Euro fee for cash withdrawals only
Limited to 400 Euro cash even if you have more loaded!


General Comments

You load the Caxton card from a uk bank card at a given rate. You then spend at shops etc in euros. Simple. The rate you have loaded at is fixed so it's not a blind gamble every time you use the card, unlike Visa or Mastercard credit cards.
Overall, I am very happy with the card
