I've never really had a problem with the my e-mail going down.


General Comments

Personally not happy with the service or the attitude...

I was late in making a payment so they gave me a late payment charge under the commercial debts act of £40.00.

We asked them to produce a e-commerce web site for us at a cost of £3.5K, and the service we have received has not what I was expecting. What we had agreed with them has never been produced to the standard that we agreed I feel.
And they have now published the web site, but we have never asked them to. I had a price agreed with an ex-account manager as the site was still to be finished, yet they charged me the full subscription cost in my opinion and for me they are expensive, therefore I do not recommend SwitchMedia.co.uk
