General Comments

I was impressed with the metro offer (Broadband + Telephone) at a very good price. As far as I am aware not yet received the phone but paid for it on the first two invoices, the connection was pour or non existent. And customer services, Billing department & Support must have offices in different Counties as there was no communication between them in my opinion. Overall I do not recommend DiGIWEB.

   I am planning on getting broadband from Digiweb soon but can't decide on whether to go for Metro Home or DSL Extra. There is a transmitter mast about 1.5 km from me, so hopefully I can get the wireless version. Do you get a trial period from Digiweb to test out the broadband and if it doesn't deliver the quoted speed can you not terminate the contract within a period of 7 or 14 days? Rather than being stuck with it for 12 months.
