poor service, not thorought, misleading. poor after sales service
I purchased a car last yearwith Car Credit UK, there were problems with it, they kept saying the the person who is dealing with it is away and when they returned 3 weeks later they said it wasn't within the 30 day problem period and was out of their hands. I was not told specifically about cartain parts of the agreement that in my eyes needed to be understood by the customer. for example there was meant to be free gap insurance but I actually ended up paying three thousand pounds for it. and I am currently trying to part exchange it because of all the problems I've had.
