Good Points

They allow order tracking through amazon

Bad Points

HDNL didn't get the parcel to the delivery address effectively

General Comments

When I had a missing order through Amazon, the tracking showed 1 attempt ("not home" - I had been home all day the two previous days), and 1 attempt "wrong address". All I can say is: leave a notification at delivery site to say attempted delivery if "not home", or phone recipient on the supplied contact detail.
