General Comments
The Bissell 9200E Proheat 2x Upright has been one of the best steamcleaners I have ever used. The work is not as time consuming as other models, the system is very efficient. We had a new carpet that was stained from wear and tear of an old dog with bladder problems, a young dog with sensitive stomach problems and a new baby with food throwing problems. Needless to say, our new carpet was very stained after seven months. The Bissell with the pet odor shampoo took the stains right out on the first run over! It was amazing.
The cleaner's brushes don't run, even when power is left on, when it is sitting up, therefore avoiding damage to your carpet. The water heats to a high temperature to successfully heat/deep clean. The heating takes only 1-3 minutes!
The shampoo and water tanks need constant refilling, but a small effort to require for such a great job. The dirty and clean water are filtered in two different tanks, as is the shampoo. If you put too much shampoo in, it's alright because the tank is air sealed and you may leave the product in the tank until your next use.
The cleaner also comes with Many assorted attachments for different cleaning. You can even clean hard floorings, cars, furniture with it.
We haven't tried the heated dry feature yet, so I can't review that aspect.
