Good Points

Classic good looks.Smooth cocking cycle.Good power.Light for it's power.Good fit and finish of metal parts.Nice scope rail.Decent fixed sights.Nice real wood stock with accents.

Bad Points

So so trigger. No hood to protect front sight. Shooting cycle's a little ruff. Some light rust.

General Comments

Bought my example of this rifle on line for $100.00 +S&H. No scope but nice scope stop. Ordered two.A friend also wanted one.One thing that has always bothered me about Gamo products is their inconsistent quality. When you get a good one it can be very good and when you get a bad one "ugh!"My example is a good one my friends less so.Cocking cycle is smooth as butter ,a real surprise.Fit and finish? Pretty good overall and for what I paid for it excellent! Out of the box this gun shot straight with very modest adjustment to the rear sight. The trigger is as good as any Gamo I shot with the original untouched trigger.Power ? My F1 chrony said low 900's with heaver pellets high 980's with lighter lead and 1180's with PBA's and the like. This is with less than 500 rounds of break-in. This gun pretty much shoots where I point it with a very few flyers .It's the best Gamo I own with the exception of my CFX.Got to give my example a thumbs "up".I have put a GTR Tuna' trigger in it done a little polishing and stock refinishing and I must say I am happy to added it to my arsenal.
