I wouldn't recommend pipex if they were the only supplier around. i'd rather go without a landline and rely on my mobile.
i receive a bill monthly and have a problem every time and it is never resolved.
the call centre don't seem to understand fully what you are saying. the lines are usually bad where you have to ask to repeat. Some rude customer and credit control agents. Agents will not let me speak to a manager or anyone apart from themselves. Thinking of changing supplier? think again if you are considering pipex, that's my advice!
