I had book the MAS online, the line disconnected during the last transaction. I called credit card centre found that the payment had been successful so I call MAS centre and was passed to more than six operator and can't get an answer whether the flight is confirm or not from them. Then I made second call, found out the flight is confirmed but being rescheduled to earlier time. I didn't receiv any confirmation email or flight re-schedule message from MAS. Very disappointed with MAS customer services.
