Terrible Airline - Have been flying for 25 years and never experienced such poor service.


General Comments

My luggage handle, which was not "protruding" per their rules, was completely ripped off upon my arrival. They cancelled my flight without letting me know and I had to wait 5 hours for the next flight, which was delayed 2.5 hours, and then cancelled. The next flight was 5 hours later. In total - I was waiting for 9 hours to hear that I would have to wait another 5 hours again. My bags had arrived before I did and the airline was COMPLETELY unhelpful in delivering my baggage. Horrible Horrible Airline. Would never recommend to anyone.
