Cheap bills, reliable broadband connection,

General Comments
I feel like I must be in a parallel universe when I read some of these comments; either that or I have been exceptionally lucky (not like me I am not usually the lucky one!).
Since I first took Toucan 3 years ago I have not had any problems whatsoever. I was on dial up to start with, changed to broadband about 18 months ago. No problems, fast courteous service from the sales centre and the service has always been exactly as they promised. Fast reiliable and consistent. The telephone calls are dirt cheap, even phone calls abroad are great value. I also get a 'free sim' (not a free phone) with 100 units free each month for being 'a good customer'. I rarely use all my units (minutes or texts) so my mobile costs me nothing.
My bills for broadband (8mg speed - no limits) my phone calls and my mobile phone are regularly less that £30 per month, Now thats what I call good value with great service. My line rental has remained with BT, but I notice that Toucan do it cheaper so I am just about to switch that as well.

Toucan are marvellous, people that don't have a problem with toucan will not go onto this site to leave positive feedback. But I will never had one single issue with Toucan the service team has been espesically patient and have me on the cheapest deal in the UK
