After being dissatisfied with a well known insurance company who seemed to think they knew more about 1 of my dogs than the vets where he was being treated and they were,nt cheap I cancelled and swapped to Sainsburys. 1 month after taking out their policy I made a claim and was very satisfied with the ease and promptness of payment. When my renewal policy came I thought they had made a mistake as the premium had gone up £163 for 1 dog but no they tried to justify it by blaming the vets. Needless to say I'm trying to swop but hes nearly 9 and even though the claim was for a cyst many companies do,nt want to know.
