powerful steam

Stopped working after a year and 4 months.


General Comments

I was v.pleased for the first year and four months - great steam - ironed everything as well as I could expect. Slightly quirky steam activation. You have to hold up a button on the handle all the time. However that all paled into insignificance when the button failed to work and so now no steam. A rather tight-lipped customer adviser told me it was out of guarantee and I would have to ring another department to find out about repairing it, which is only open for two hours a day. I call this poor service and will never buy another Bosch. Other enquiries as to repairs tell me I will have to throw it away and buy another. Well it won't be a Bosch.
