Good Points

Fairly good internet banking.

Bad Points

Non existent relationship with my manager.

General Comments

I was with Bank of Scotland for 5 years and for first time I've been asked to provide bank reference which came bad for no reason. I always paid and never went into nagative balances, so this reference was a shock to me and I will change them ASAP.
