I cannot think of any bad points about this programme, I know it sounds corny, but I can't.
Easy to install even for the not so tech head like me. I does not use any resources like some I know. It sits in the background looking after your computers wellbeing. I did research a load of security suites and NOD32 came out top. Excellent.
As I said, easy to install. You don't even know it is there working away. I paid the 2 years subscription and the extra for the back up disc, without even using the trial period. Excellent value for money. Cannot fault it.
