Car was new and clean. Good prices
Very long queue to get the car. Not enough staff to help
One of my worst rental experience. I had to wait more than 1.5 hour to get the car. The London Bridge branch is a long walk from the tube station. After a very long wait I finally got the car, but there was even more people waiting when I left. It was a bank holiday week end, but I would have expected the company to plan for this. There was only one person in the office and she was also answering the phone that kept ringing.
The price was fairly good but knowing the level of service you get, I will probably never use this company again. I would rather spend a few extra quid and not waste so much time.
