Good Points

Brilliant service for 10 years - but what has gone wrong in the last 3 months recently!


Bad Points

Not being able to transfer funds - wanting a 'security number' and then not being able to complete transactions, as the page is not available?


General Comments

Egg have blamed my problem on my other bank - not them they say. Then on my pc storing cookie history - which is dealt with as it has been for years by my anti virus software.

We then have to phone an automated phone line to get to someone to complete the transaction.

What is going on?
