Bad Points

Left me in a debt of over £250


General Comments

I had been promised a loan of over £250 and told the agent would bring me the money, when he didn't turn up i tried to contact him and it kept diverting my calls to answerphone costing me yet more money when i was promised the loan i got a loan from friends and agreed to pay them back now because of Provident Loans poor service ive lost my mates and money, i will never recommend provident to another person.
