Bought tickets over the phone in November 2007 for Kylie at the o2 in July. Still havent heard anything from them, despite phonecalls and emails.

General Comments

After reading all these reviews and the fact the phone number for them now doesn't even give an engaged ring, it is just dead: I decided to phone my credit card company and they are investigating and said that I'm covered for insurance (thankfully).

This company is a disgrace.
