This is honestly the best shoe I've ever skated. the soles are deeeep man, they really cushion your feet on landings. and the grip is even better! more "spikey" than es square ones; you can feel every part of the trick, even though the cushioning sole is thick. They also last a long time, and have brazilliant grip. and they look cool (some people say they look old skool, but wtf? they're the newest skool shoe I've ever seen)
The more deep a shoe's sole is, the easier you roll your ankle. think about it; if you're wearing high heels, your ankle can roll to the side a bit more. my worst fear is a rolled ankle, coz it happens to everyone, although it's not really that much of an issue, as these aint high heels.
Damn son. these are the best kept secret in skateboarding. globe magnums are the best. comfy, the best impact absorbing soles I've ever seen,brilliant grip, lastability, good looks, and lots of colours to choose from. get some.
