They fail to deliver flowers on time when they promise next day, even though they KNOW they won't be able to fulfill that order, and then, on the confirmation e-mail they send, they advise you cannot cancel or change the order due to high volumes during mothers day, although they fail to advise you of that WHEN YOU ORDER!! RIP OFF!
They have no problem taking your money, but when they fail to deliver as promised, they DO NOTHING but try and keep your money.
