General Comments
I bought this Krups Nescafe Dolce Gusto machine after seeing it at £89.99 in Argos, then £64.99 at a local electrical retailer, so naturally I had to buy it. Being a coffee lover I was slightly nervous of the quality of coffee, but there was no need, it's fantastic! A big choice with everything from a Chococino to a Cappucino Ice, there's something to suit everyone.
It's really easy to use, just fill with water, put the pod in et voila!
Plenty of bits are dishwasher safe, apart from the little bin you get to put used pods in which is a bit annoying as obviously gets the messiest. That brings me on to another very important point. You don't just get the machine, you get a free "welcome pack", which consists of a very cool glass mug for the Latte Macchiato and a mug and saucer for the other coffee, both branded with the "Dolce Gusto" logo. Also, two of each coffee pod for you to try out and a voucher for a further box for free. Oh, and that pod bin.
It really is a no brainer if you love your coffee, especially since it was made and designed by Nescaf , who specialise in coffee, not some random electronic company.
And if you have any problems or the slightest query, the dedicated website has a link for customer services who are very friendly and respond extremely quickly.
I love it!
