It is like AA meetings, in my opinion! The pep talk about other people loosing weight and how it has changed their life (from a health piont of view) is what gets you. they really do not try to sell the product to you. at least it has not happened to me.
Bad Points
The meetings last 2 hours! i do not have time. so i just drink my tea and shake and i am outta there. i do love the tea and shake and cannot wait to be there though.
General Comments
My mother is on this diet and has totally done a 360 turn around. she used to be very angry and so depressed. she is losing weight and at the same time we are getting along better than ever. i am trying it now and have lost 5 pounds in one week. my headaches have gone away, finally! and i don't feel so stressed out, so i guess it is working.
