Lose weight fast for some people
Bad Points
Not very easy if you like your food and drink. really hard to stick to and i dont think it works for everyone!
General Comments
I decided to try this diet to lose weight fast and ive really stuck to it. iv lost over 10lbs and im really happy. iv got a month to lose 2 stone if i can and i really believe this diet wil help me to do it
