Bad Points

Doesn't seem to like dirt, fluff or anything else that vacuum cleaners usually pick up. Light indicating it needs emptying stays on constantly, even when there is nothing in it. 'Extra power button' makes no difference.


General Comments

Have had engineer out twice to look at my Hoover TC5223 'nothing wrong with it'. I'm expecting too much from it. Would expect a vacuum cleaner to work as a vacuum cleaner and my carpets too look clean!
This was a complete waste of money, worst cleaner I have ever had.
