Not knowing anything about hosting or web design I like that I have a dedicated account manager who I have a direct line for. When I needed help with email set up the Tech Support was 'free' and available via phone (and not via a premium rate no.) which I couldn't find with other hosting companies.
Bad Points
You do get a free editable web page with all hosting accounts (if you don't have a web site of your own) and although there are a few of images / styling features to chose from I would like to see more choice.
General Comments
Overall I have been happy with the service really. I have a named person to contact if I need any help and to be honest, this is very rare as with most companies you just get the next person available in the call centre.
Unlike other reviewers I haven't experienced any down time and out of several companies getting my review today, Switch Media haven't given me cause for complaint. Well recommend Switch Media.co.uk
