General Comments

I ordered a textbook from eCampus on May 2nd and my classes started on May 5th. I paid the extra money to have 2-day shipping, but the confirmation email stated that the book would be shipped no later than May 8th and would arrive no later than May 12th!!! When I checked my bank account, I was already charged the price of the book, which they say will not happen until the book ships. I just checked the status of the order this morning and it had changed from "drop-shipping" to "on-order," and I looked up the book and it was no longer available to purchase from their website. Then I checked my bank account and the charge for the book had mysteriously disappeared. In other words, eCampus "thought" they had the book, so they charged me for it and gave me a shipping estimate. Once they realized they did not have the book in stock, they cancelled the charge, but failed to notify me of the change. So I had to cancel that order and order from another website so hopefully I can finish this class! That is no way to run a business. BEWARE OF ECAMPUS!!!!!!!
