Good Points

Love the colours and design, love the advanced technology The 7kg load, will wash, duvets, sofa covers and just about anythihg else! I has hot and cold water fill, Has a diagnostic display for the engineer to tell them what went wrong, Easy to use anything catcher, has spat out sissors coins and anthing else you could put in a pocket. Has an up to 24 hour delay and added spin and rinse programmes. Clear push button control with cancel or pause so that you can retrieve that red sock from the white washing or add an item.. If the water is too high or too hot the door wont open and will tell you that, it will also tell you that the the programme may have not been efficient if you have overloaded it.! It even has a diagnostic programme that the engineer can access to tell them what went wrong.


Bad Points

Cant think of any really bad points, ..would have liked a "choose your own time" setting but even thats not bad.


General Comments

I bought my Dyson when they first came onto the market paid £1100 think that was in 2002. I've never had a days worry or an engineer to visit. I loved the innovative mechanical genius that went into the making of it and as I had back problems it was set up on a plinth. This also helped access to the hoses but they havent been a problem.
Its only in the last few months that the drum made a terrible grating sound and then spat out an almost whole credit card. unfortunately the rest must be still inside, I can still use 2 programmes but it will be the first time I have called for help..., and have to say its not the machine it was the operator, who forgot to check pockets!
I hope it can be fixed as I just love it!
It was the washer equivalent of space travel and still nothing on the market compares!!
