Good Points

Super super super cheap look and feel.


Bad Points

Almost everything else: features, battery life (especially so considering it's solid state), and the memory expansion SD card that doesn't even sit flush with the body.


General Comments

Akai 256MB SD Audio Player - After having my iPod stolen in a burglary I've been given this gem for free. What can I say. Terrible. Unusable. Frustrating. Cheap (i.e. of poor quality and design). It's not digital music player snobbery - this player is so weak and featureless as to make it a chore to use. No search!? A practical joke on us all.
