Good Points

very quick claims service and settled my claim immediately when I phoned them.
They paid the money straight into my LTSB bank account
Staff were very knowledgeable and efficient


General Comments

I've held home insurance with these guys for seven years and made two claims in that time, both of which were dealt with, really well. On one occasion I lost slates from my roof and they paid up on the same call that I reported it by paying the money straight into my account. On another occasion I used the builders that they recommended who were very good and no delays.
