i bought a leather chair £166 in oct 2007 ,nov2007 they replaced the chair seat as there was a lumb under the leather ,march 2008 the chair listed over to one side ,the gaslift and wheel base had moved,they sent replacement but not the the same quality nor the same wheel base twice, 30 phone calls later they promised a new chair in may i waited in all day on the 8/5/08 this was the day they arranged for delivery ,but it never came ,phoned them again and informed me that the chair was out of stock untill late june
