The internet banking site is easy to pay and transfer monies, its an easy site to navigate and log in.
None come to mind.
I have been with Yorkshire Bank since 2002 and been banking on line for the past 3 years and i have never had any problems with them I do get quick appointments when ever i have had the need which is only once or twice, i find the staff very helpful when on the odd times i do go into my branch which is not very often as i do 80% on line.
