They cancelled our flights and we were not informed. Turned up at the airport to find that we were unable to go to Krakow as they no longer flew there from Manchester.
An absolute disgrace. I rung the call centre and they said that they rang my house number once to let me know about the cancellation. As I was probably at work at the time I do not know how they can justify one phone call that was not answered acceptable as a cancellation notice. We were going to Krakow for my friends Stag do so unfortunately it was ruined. I advice any person booking with this airline to check their flights on a regular basis up to going away. No wonder they are having to cancel flying from airports with such bad customer care.
