An all in one account is the only thing I can describe about this provider.
High prices, poor service, poor customer service, slow broadband speed, unresponsiveness
BT charges quarterly, and they charge you in advance. If you are late paying for the service that you have not even received yet, you will get charges. I was charged GBP32.00 for paying my bill late by 8 days. I am so mad because this is actually for April, May, and June, a time that has not arrived yet!
My advice is stay away from the BT Total Broadband package, as there are many other providers
