Never delivery goods but take the cash


General Comments

I also ordered a set of knives in January and they took the money but haven't delivered the products. I have also called and emailed many times but get put on hold and never get a reply, as well as this i have writen to smartshop.tv at wimbledon (only to have my letter returned to sender by the royal mail last week) . I am glad to hear that people have got their money back when paid by debit card but i paid by my Barclaycard credit card does anyone know if i can get my money back and how i can do this.
