General Comments

In December 2007 I had 6 windows and 2 doors fitted by Safestyle UK costing £2,100 in total. The sales person wasn't high pressure and I made the decision the following day after looking at three quotes I'd obtained and I opted for safestyle.

The fitting team arrived on time and put down sheets to collect any mess. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently with very little disruption taking just over half a day to complete. All mess was tidied up and I was taken around to check every fitting and the door locking system was explained to me. I then had a service call to check if everything was okay with the fitting.

In April 2008 I found a problem with the front door sticking and couldn't get it to open. I contacted safestyle who checked I had another door to use, otherwise they would have come out immediately, I explained I could use the back door and we arranged a date and time to suit me for the call out with a morning slot. They came out promptly, fixing the problem within 10 minutes and checking the back door as well for me to make sure that was fine. My experience with safestyle has been excellent. I personally would recommend to friends and family for both value for money and customer service.
